Elizabeth Good:

Practice Manager

I love summer, warm weather, and good music—there’s nothing better than rolling down the windows and soaking up the sunshine with my favorite songs playing!

A book that really made me reflect is "The Anxious Generation" by Jonathan Haidt. It explores how technology is affecting childhood development, and it left me feeling hopeful that, as a community, we can work together to create meaningful change for future generations.

A Fun or Unexpected Fact About Me:
I’m ambidextrous—which comes in handy more often than you’d think!

A Little More About Me:
When I think about the future, I hope to one day retire somewhere warm and tropical—maybe Florida or Hawaii. Until then, I’m grateful to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference, and I look forward to welcoming and supporting every client who walks through our doors.

How Long I’ve Been in the Field:
I have been working with people since my very first job at a retirement community, and I’ve loved connecting with others ever since. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in customer service, hospitality, and even cosmetology—all of which have strengthened my ability to listen, support, and care for others. If you meet me in person, you’ll quickly learn that I love to talk! Building relationships and making people feel welcome has always been at the heart of what I do.

What I Want Clients to Know About Me:
As the Client Care Coordinator at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective, I am here to help make your experience as seamless and comfortable as possible. Whether you have questions about scheduling, need guidance on getting started, or just want a friendly voice to walk you through the process, I am happy to assist in any way I can.

A Few of My Favorite Things:
When I’m not at work, I love spending time in the kitchen, cooking and baking for my family. One of my proudest accomplishments was purchasing a flour mill, which has allowed me to bake fresh-milled flour bread and baked goods—something I love doing for both the taste and the health benefits of whole grains.

As a mom, my biggest passion is being there for my children—whether it’s cheering them on in sports, exploring new adventures together, or simply enjoying time as a family. Watching them grow and thrive is the greatest joy of my life.
