Jen Bennethum, LCSW
For those looking to better understand trauma and healing, I often recommend:
The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk – A powerful book on the mind-body connection in trauma recovery.
The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins – A great resource for building self-worth and learning to release the opinions and actions of others.
A Fun or Unexpected Fact About Me:
I’ve jumped out of an airplane before! And when I got married, I wore white combat boots—because you can take the girl out of the Army, but you can’t take the Army out of the girl!
