Kiley Bartusek, LPC
A Few of My Favorite Things:
I love to crochet, and I always have a project with me! I also enjoy playing Minecraft, where creativity and relaxation go hand in hand.
A book I often recommend is The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk. It has deeply informed my practice and highlights the powerful connection between the mind and body—something I am passionate about integrating into my work with clients.
A Fun or Unexpected Fact About Me:
I raised two of my cats from just two days old! It was an incredibly rewarding experience, and they’ve been with me ever since.
A Little More About Me:
I grew up in Glen Lyon, PA, a small coal-mining town, and later moved to Lancaster to study Psychology at Millersville University. I fell in love with Lancaster’s tight-knit community, and I’ve called it home ever since.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked at Tempo Clubhouse, where I helped individuals build the skills to live independently and succeed in daily life. I then transitioned to Winner’s Circle Center, where I worked with students on social skills, emotional regulation, and academic success, while also providing outpatient therapy.
Now, at Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective, I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
How Long I’ve Been Practicing:
I began my work in the mental health field in 2020 at Tempo Clubhouse, where I saw firsthand the power of teamwork in the healing process. From there, I worked in an alternative school, where I learned the importance of treating each individual’s journey as unique. These experiences shaped my approach as a therapist when I transitioned into the role in 2022.
My Areas of Expertise:
In 2024, I became EMDR-trained, reinforcing my commitment to helping individuals heal through reprocessing. I have experience working with adults managing daily stressors, marital issues, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Additionally, I support individuals navigating ADHD, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Why I Chose This Area:
I chose to study EMDR because I believe in the power of reprocessing to create lasting, holistic healing. By redefining core beliefs, EMDR helps individuals address and heal the underlying wounds that contribute to emotional distress. I am passionate about helping my clients uncover these connections and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
What I Want Clients to Know About Me:
I was diagnosed with ADHD in college, which has made me especially passionate about educating others on the different ways ADHD presents in men and women. I strive to bring awareness, understanding, and practical strategies to help clients navigate ADHD in a way that works for them.
