What I Want Clients to Know About Me:
Therapy isn’t just about processing challenges—it’s about finding what works for you, building self-awareness, and creating a life that aligns with who you truly are. I approach my work with warmth, authenticity, and a commitment to making every session a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and heard.

A Few of My Favorite Things:
I have a French bulldog named Gus who is one year old and has an impressive wardrobe! He loves tagging along for coffee runs and visiting my sisters in Brooklyn.

I also love staying active—movement is so important to me. I was a ballerina growing up, so staying physically engaged has always been a big part of my life. I love getting outside whenever possible, whether it’s going for a walk or just soaking up fresh air.

For those struggling with people-pleasing and anxious thoughts, I highly recommend checking out Mel Robbins' "Let Them" theory—her work offers an incredible perspective on letting go of what we can’t control.

A Fun or Unexpected Fact About Me:
I studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, during my junior year of college, and I would move there in a heartbeat—if I could bring everyone and everything I love with me!

A Little More About Me:
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Dance from Muhlenberg College and an MSS (MSW equivalent) degree from Bryn Mawr, which has shaped my approach to therapy and my dedication to the core values of social work.

Having struggled with anxiety and ADHD myself, I am especially passionate about helping others understand themselves, reframe their experiences, and build personalized tools that work for them.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family. New England feels like home to me, and I feel my calmest and most connected when I’m at the beach, preferably with a lobster roll in hand.

I truly believe I have the best job in the world, helping others navigate change, overcome challenges, and discover their inner strength.

How Long I’ve Been Practicing:
I have been practicing as a therapist for two years as of May!

My Areas of Expertise:
I specialize in helping individuals navigate transitional periods, strained relationships, and interpersonal dynamics. My work is particularly focused on teenagers and young adults, as I believe that times of transition offer some of the greatest opportunities for growth.

I also have experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, co-occurring disorders, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My background in higher levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), has given me valuable insight into supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Why I Chose This Area:
I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the many seasons of life. Having worked with teens and young adults in various capacities, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience and adaptability of people facing unique challenges. My goal is to help clients embrace their transformative journeys, uncover their strengths, and build the tools they need to thrive.

I love learning about my clients’ lives and how their mental health impacts them—both positively and negatively. As an extrovert who thrives on connection, this field is the perfect fit for me, allowing me to combine my genuine curiosity about people with my deep desire to help others feel seen and understood.
